We’ve Moved! We are now located at 220 Victoria St. Simcoe, ON N3Y 4K2 in a beautiful shared space with Advantage Athletic Therapy.

If you are a new patient - please note that Sophia is still not taking on new patients. However, one of our other amazing practitioners is happy to treat you! If you book with Sophia for an initial assessment, the treatment will be canceled and you will need to book again with another practitioner.

Benefits Reminder Before booking, we gently encourage you to check your extended health benefits. Coverage for lymphatic treatments can vary by plan and may not always be included. Confirming ahead of time helps keep your visit focused on care, connection, and relaxation. Payment is due at the time of service. Sophia is Currently in Clinic Monday to Thursday 9 am to 1 pm. E-mail and Voicemails may take up to 48 hrs to be returned
